I am a huge Oscar de la Renta fan. If I could request any designer, from any period, to design a wardrobe for me it would be ODLR…. So, of course I always lovingly caress and ogle the Oscar de la Renta Pink Label lingerie on my browsing trips through lingerie departments.

I bought this babydoll last year – before I swore I’d never buy another one (because by design babydolls hide my waist and make me look like a giant rectangle, which is not the look I aspire to in lingerie…).
This babydoll is gorgeous….fine chiffon, a touch of lace, and I admit it…a bit of genius in the two layer design. The top layer hits just at my waist, giving a visual (and attractive) break so the babydoll actually manages to accentuate my waist. The two-layer top hints at skin, and the single bottom layer flirtatiously shadows…well, everything. A g-string black lace thong is the perfect accompaniment.

This babydoll makes me feel beautiful and sophisticated and sexy – it feels soft and airy on my skin and invites twirls, sashays and twists.

Oscar de la Renta Pink Label lingerie is available online and through department stores like Dillard’s, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, and Saks Fifth Avenue in sizes small through xlarge. I do think the line aims for the bridal market, so if you’re in the market for wedding lingerie, I would definitely give ODLR Pink Label a look.
That is so classically gorgeous – like something out of a 1940s film noir, something that the femme fatale would wear. I love beautiful pieces like this!
It is pretty, isn’t it?
Half the time it’s on I just stare at it in the mirror…
This is gorgeous! I have a sheer robe from Oscar De La Renta that I use in the mornings when I am getting ready, and the quality is amazing. I never posted a review because I was only reviewing bras at the time, but it’s a sexy piece that I love layering over my matching sets. It makes me feel all Hollywood Starlet-esque first thing in the mornings. 🙂
There are some beautiful ODLR Pink Label pieces out there. Most of what I see in stores looks very geared to the bridal market; however, once in a while (usually Bloomingdale’s or Saks) I see a gorgeous, sexy starlet piece that makes me want to weep and whip out my money.
